1. Subscription Prices

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and are those in effect at the time of subscription. Quizly offers:

• Free Plan: limited access (according to limits shown in the app).
• Student Plan: 3€/month (as per the Pricing page).

Features included and limits per plan are described on the Pricing page and/or in the application.

2. Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing period (monthly or other duration indicated at purchase), unless cancelled before the due date.

3. Payment Methods (Stripe)

Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

Available payment methods (credit card and/or other methods offered by Stripe) are displayed at checkout.

Important (France / EU): when a consumer subscribes remotely, they may benefit from a right of withdrawal.

SaaS / digital content specificity: if you request immediate access to the digital service before the end of the withdrawal period, you may be required to waive your right of withdrawal. In this case, the waiver is collected explicitly during the subscription process.

In the absence of explicit waiver, the processing of a withdrawal request is handled according to applicable rules.

1. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (if this option is available), or by contacting support at [email protected].

2. Effect of cancellation

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Once cancellation is effective, access to paid features is no longer available.

1. AI Limitations

Quizly relies on artificial intelligence models that may produce errors, approximations or omissions. Generated content (quizzes, flashcards, summaries, etc.) is provided as a study aid and does not replace pedagogical or professional advice.

2. Service Availability

We use reasonable means to ensure service accessibility. However, access may be temporarily interrupted (maintenance, incidents, network constraints, etc.).

Quizly is a SaaS service: 'delivery' refers to providing access to the platform.

Unless there is a technical issue, access to the service is immediate after payment validation.
