Subscription & Billing

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspend service in cases of abuse or technical issues.

Generated Content

Quizzes, flashcards, summaries, and other study materials generated from your documents belong to you. You are free to use, share, and distribute them for educational purposes.

Quizly's AI-generated content is provided for educational support purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated quizzes may contain errors. Always verify important information against your original course materials.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quizly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you paid to Quizly in the twelve months preceding the claim.
